Each penetration and transition is carefully addressed, with flashings fully wrapped and integrated into the roofing system to create a continuous, water-tight finish. The fibered aluminum coating provides an additional protective, reflective layer over the modified bitumen while helping shield the roof system from weather and UV exposure.
